How We Operate
We acquire assets with the intention of holding them. Positions are underwritten on operating economics, not on exit timing.
Where the value chain matters, we own it. Infrastructure, energy and logistics sit inside the same platform as the underlying asset.
Marquis is an operator. Each platform has its own management, its own board, and its own investment plan.
Our capital sits outside fund timelines. We can wait for the right entry, and hold through the cycle after it.
